Truro

The cathedral city of Truro which is the main centre in Cornwall for business and commerce is approximately 10 miles away and offers a wide range of amenities including a great range of high street shops and the main line railway connection to London.

Newquay

From its origins as a small fishing village Newquay has become one of the leading holiday resorts in the country. Newquay boasts beautiful unspoilt countryside, a magnificent coastline with 7 miles of clean sandy beaches and is renowned as having some of the best surfing in Europe. When the sun goes down Newquay has some of the best restaurant's pubs and clubs in the South West to end that perfect day.

St Ives

St Ives is one of the most famous towns in Cornwall and this is reflected by the bustling and lively atmosphere found there at all times of the year. St Ives is popular among artists and has a distinctively bohemian atmosphere. It is this artistic heritage that prompted the Tate to build a sister gallery in the town and it has quickly established itself as a showpiece of modern art. St Ives has its own sandy beach within the harbour mouth which is quite extensive at low tide, there is also an incredible variety of shops in the town offering everything from Cornish fudge to surfwear!

Padstow

This historic fishing town is as it was many years ago. It has medieval house's a busy quay, narrow streets and a quaint Cornish atmosphere. There are a variety of restaurants and pubs serving a variety of excellent food from good old fish and chips to a gourmet meal. Padstow has its fair share of history too - the Elizabethan Mansion House and Padstow Museum are two of the many attractions in this charming little town.
